We do exchanges and returns but the shipping costs are responsibility of the customer!

5. Order processing and deliveries.
Due the fact that the products are all handmade and made-to-order the processing time can take at least 4 weeks until the order is ready to be shipped 💌
But if you need the order to arrive before a specific date just tell us at checkout or by email info.selenethebrand@gmail.com or by instagram (@selene.thebrand) and we'll make it happen!
