What you need to know
We really hope that you love your Selene Pouches as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:
♡ If there’s proof that the package was lost, or if customers are not satisfied with the product they bought due to damage, we offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. The consumer has 15 days after receiving the package to make the return or the exchange, but the shipping costs are responsibility of the customer!
However, if the parcel shows as delivered and signed for, but was allegedly received by someone else — we do not make a refund in that case. The customer must contact the shipping company directly to open a claim, as only the receiver can initiate that process.
♡ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.
Each Selene piece is handmade and made-to-order with love, so please make sure to double-check your chosen patterns and details before completing your purchase 💗

How to make a return
If you would like to make a return, please contact us to proceed and you will be directed to our service for returns. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions. Please note the following:
♡ We do not stand for the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.
♡ We're unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected.
♡ When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.selenethebrand@gmail.com.
